  1. Schedule a free 15 min consultation with me by clicking the “request appointment” link below. Let’s get to know each other and see if it’s a good fit.

  2. If we decide to move forward, we’ll make an appointment for your first session.

  3. I’ll send you some paperwork gathering some history and describing a little more about what our work will look like.

  4. Complete the paperwork 24 hours before your first session.

  5. Show up to the appointment with curiosity.

  6. Then we will make a plan that is tailored to your needs.
